What is Craniosacral Therapy?

Its origins go back to the 1900s, when Andrew Taylor Still, the father of osteopathy, and his student William Garner Sutherland, discovered the inherent motion of the skull’s bones.

Craniosacral Therapy is a non-invasive therapy that balances the body’s craniosacral system by working with the rhythmic wave of cerebrospinal fluids within the cranial membranes. The cerebral spinal fluids keep the nervous system nourished, protected, chemically stable, and clear of metabolic waste for optimal well-being.

Delivered through a gentle yet powerful touch that calms and resets the nervous system, craniosacral therapy enables the body to tune into its regenerative mode, where it can unravel and resolve blockages, traumas, and pains—past and present.

What is Craniosacral Therapy good for?

Craniosacral Therapy promotes health from the cellular to the whole of a person's system.

It is a powerful therapy for most conditions and is particularly effective for:
• headaches and migraines
• pain management
• stress
• physical trauma (whiplash, muscle strains, ...)
• emotional trauma (anxiety, loss, abuse, ...)
• neurological conditions and chronic degenerative diseases (MS, neuralgia, ...)

Craniosacral Therapy can be received at all stages of life, including pregnant and postpartum women, as well as infants and children.
